The Society of Military Engineers Japan Post and the Hawaii Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers are sponsoring this excellent three-day seminar through a special arrangement with the National Fire Protection Association.

8:00 AM - 5:00 PM each day (Registration on Wednesday starts at 7:30 AM)
Location: Officers Club, Kadena Air Base
Cost: The following discounts apply for registrations submitted on or before October 7, 2015
$ 1195 per person
$ 995 per person for organizations that send 3 or more persons
After October 7, 2015 $1,295
Seminar attendees will receive a copy of NFPA 101, seminar workbook, certificate of completion, and 2.1 ceu's or 21 AIA Learning Units in the Health, Safety, & Welfare category. The registration fee also includes lunch & coffee breaks each day.
Instructor: The seminar will be taught by James K. Lathrop of Koffel Associates in Niantic, Conn. Jim has served as a LSC instructor for NFPA for over 30 years, and was previously the Chief Life Safety Engineer at NFPA & chief editor of the LSC Handbook. Jim serves on several NFPA 101 Technical Committees and is Chair of 101’s Means of Egress Committee.
Location : The seminar will be held at the Officer’s Club at the Kadena Air Base. Parking is available at no charge. YOU MUST HAVE KADENA AIR BASE ACCESS TO ATTEND THE SEMINAR. Those needing permission to enter the base must submit personal and vehicle information within 30 days of the seminar to Arthur Arao at Arthur.Arao@aec-japan.co.jp .
